Q: Whats the difference between the personal/individual versions and pro versions of the software?
A: For the PC version, the personal edition allows for 5 users total and the pro version allows for 100+ users. The online individual is only for 1 user, where the pro version has serveral editional functions including more users and the ability to control and edit the entries and requirements for those users. It also gives the trainer/coach the ability to upload/enter their fitness/nutrition/wellness plans to their clients profiles for them to follow.
Q: Does the Fitness Software come with a free trial?
A: Yes, both the online Cloud versions and the PC version come with a free no obligation 10 day Trial Period
Q: How many users does the personal verions offer?
A: The PC version includes 5 users per download and the online includes 1 user per subscription
Q: How long do I have access to the software?
A: The PC version is a one time fee that gives you access for as long as you have the software and/or you have the computer you downloaded it to. The Online fitness software has purchase periods of 6 months or 1 year (your choice) which will need to be renewed at the end of the term to continue.
Q: Do you auto-renew your online fitness software?
A: No, we currently do not have an auto-renew function, members are free to add users and pay per period as they wish. If you do not wish to continue beyond your original purchase period, simply do nothing and the subscription will expire with no further expense to you.
